Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a female role model who embodies leadership, passion, and advocacy in STEM. This could be someone working in the industry, teaching, volunteering, or mentoring—anyone making a tangible impact on the lives of girls and young women through STEM. Nominees should demonstrate one or more of the following: Leadership in STEM: Actively working or studying in a STEM field and demonstrating excellence in their profession or academic work. Advocacy: Advocating for the inclusion of girls and women in STEM through community engagement, events, mentoring, outreach, or public speaking. Mentorship: Supporting or inspiring girls/women to pursue STEM through coaching, teaching, or sharing her story. Innovation & Impact: Has initiated or contributed to projects, programs, or platforms that help girls explore or succeed in STEM. Visibility: Acts as a visible and relatable role model for aspiring young women in STEM. Eligibility: Open to women aged 18+ Based in or significantly impacting communities in Scotland Can be from any STEM field (science, tech, engineering, maths, computing, digital, etc.)

This award aims to spotlight young changemakers who are not only excelling academically but are also using STEM to solve problems, inspire others, or make a positive impact in their communities. Who We’re Looking For: Nominees should be girls who meet one or more of the following criteria: Innovation & Creativity: Has created or contributed to a STEM-related project, idea, or initiative (e.g., a science fair project, app, prototype, coding club, etc.). Leadership & Initiative: Has taken the lead in a STEM activity at school or in their community (e.g., mentoring peers, leading a club, organizing workshops). Academic Excellence: Shows strong achievement or improvement in STEM subjects. Community Impact: Uses STEM knowledge or skills to address real-world challenges or help others (e.g., environmental projects, health awareness, tech for good). Inspiration: Encourages other girls to explore STEM through mentoring, speaking, or sharing her story. Eligibility: Girls aged 11–17 Currently enrolled in school or involved in a STEM-related program/initiative

Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a female commercial driver who not only performs her role to a high standard but also serves as a role model, breaking stereotypes and paving the way for more women to join and thrive in the driving and logistics industries. Nominees should demonstrate one or more of the following: Excellence in Driving: Maintains a strong safety record, punctuality, customer service, and professionalism in her role. Work Ethic & Dedication: Shows consistent commitment, reliability, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges. Trailblazing: Breaking gender norms and encouraging other women to enter or stay in the industry. Mentorship or Community Impact: Actively supports or uplifts other women or youth in transport/logistics through training, mentoring, or sharing her story. Resilience: Has overcome personal or professional challenges to grow and succeed in her role. Eligibility: Open to women working as commercial drivers (e.g., HGV, delivery, transport, bus, courier, etc.) Currently active in the UK commercial driving industry
