About the Award:
The STEM Girl Award celebrates exceptional girls aged 11–17 who demonstrate passion, creativity, and promise in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). This award aims to spotlight young changemakers who are not only excelling academically but are also using STEM to solve problems, inspire others, or make a positive impact in their communities.
Who We’re Looking For:
Nominees should be girls who meet one or more of the following criteria:
Innovation & Creativity: Has created or contributed to a STEM-related project, idea, or initiative (e.g., a science fair project, app, prototype, coding club, etc.).
Leadership & Initiative: Has taken the lead in a STEM activity at school or in their community (e.g., mentoring peers, leading a club, organizing workshops).
Academic Excellence: Shows strong achievement or improvement in STEM subjects.
Community Impact: Uses STEM knowledge or skills to address real-world challenges or help others (e.g., environmental projects, health awareness, tech for good).
Inspiration: Encourages other girls to explore STEM through mentoring, speaking, or sharing her story.

Girls aged 11–17
Currently enrolled in school or involved in a STEM-related program/initiative
