Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a female commercial driver who not only performs her role to a high standard but also serves as a role model, breaking stereotypes and paving the way for more women to join and thrive in the driving and logistics industries. Nominees should demonstrate one or more of the following: Excellence in Driving: Maintains a strong safety record, punctuality, customer service, and professionalism in her role. Work Ethic & Dedication: Shows consistent commitment, reliability, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges. Trailblazing: Breaking gender norms and encouraging other women to enter or stay in the industry. Mentorship or Community Impact: Actively supports or uplifts other women or youth in transport/logistics through training, mentoring, or sharing her story. Resilience: Has overcome personal or professional challenges to grow and succeed in her role. Eligibility: Open to women working as commercial drivers (e.g., HGV, delivery, transport, bus, courier, etc.) Currently active in the UK commercial driving industry
